Lydia's Story
Life
After graduating from RHS in '71 I got married to another RHS graduate (Roger Fernandez-Class of '68). We had one son, Rick (33 yrs. old). We divorced and I remarried in 1981. My second husband's name was David de Zara (South Hills H.S. Class of '71). We were married for 16 years before he died in 1997. We had 3 children: Candice (27 yrs. old), David (18 yrs. old) and Nicole (15 yrs. old). I was a widow for 7 years.
On February 19, 2005, I married Ray Coccia in Ventura, CA. We are currently living in Covina, CA with my children. In addition to my 4 children, I'm also the proud mother of 2 wonderful step-children, a son-in-law and grandson. Life is good!!!

ulu, HI. They lived in Pearl City, HI. In August 2008, they moved to Fort Irwin, CA. My first grandchild, Noah Oliver Wedding, was born on January 3, 2009. He is a beautiful baby and I love spending time with him and babysitting.
I'm working for the City of West Covina in the Planning Department I love my job, family and life. My only regret is not keeping in touch with my high school friends. Now that I'm on Classmates I hope to hear from some old friends.
Workplace
I worked at Sav On Drugstore from November 1975 until April 1979. After that I went to work at the City of Rosemead Planning Department where I worked until I gave birth to my daughter, Candice,in February 1983. I was a stay-at-home mom until my husband passed away in 1997. Now I'm employed in the City of West Covina Planning Department.
